Since completing my certification* and starting Wayfinders Coaching in 2021, I've coached over 50 clients, couples, and families with a variety of backgrounds and goals, including CEOs, Therapists, Lawyers, Single Parents, and College Students.
Before I was a full-time coach, I taught high-school level English for 12 years, edited newspapers for 3 years, and spent my early 20s in the Marine Corps. If my path is any proof, there's no such thing as an established way to the mountain summit.

Distinction: Coaching is often therapeutic, but it is not a replacement for therapy. Generally speaking, therapy focuses on addressing the past to achieve emotional well being, while coaching is forward looking, and goal oriented. In my practice, we often must release the past to generate momentum forward.

Client Duration
One-off Sessions Available. An average client engages in 8-16 sessions.

Services available to individuals & groups of all backgrounds and identifications aged 18 and older.
Session Duration
Sessions are typically scheduled for 60 - 75 minutes.
Payment
Pay by the session, or for a block of sessions at a discounted rate.
