Reframing

AWARENESS

The foundation of my coaching practice. This allows to expand the gap of discernment, or the distance between stimulus and reaction. When this expands, action comes from intention rather than reation.

• Meditation

• Habit Relationships

• Journaling

• Reflecting

DESIRES

The permission to follow one's passions and recognizing the programming and shame that prevent so many from digging in and cultivating their gifts and doing more of what means the most in life.

• Time Management

• Materialization

• Imagining

• Visualization

HISTORY

Our experience in life is instrumental in shaping who we are. Understanding what has happened to us is critical to understanding why we do things. When we gain this insight, intentionality grows.

• Processing

• Connecting

• Forgiving

• Acknowledging

HABITS

After awareness, habits are the biggest life game changer. How we do the small things is how we do everything. Changing one's life comes through small rewires done consistently to bring about big impacts.

• Journaling

• Acceptance

• Accountability

• Growth

REFRAMING

Encapsulated in the sentiment, "This isn't happening to me, it's happening for me," reframing isn't an attempt to bypass what is, but a method of taking what has happened and recognizing the fuel it has created for where you're going.

• Processing

• Acceptance

• Alchemizing

• Empowerment

YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY

Reset Your Direction

Point B:

Where you want to be

For some, resetting one's directions is just about unloading baggage to quicken progress and results. For others, it's a U-turn to a more fulfilling path.

This is because everyone has a different relationship to their "Point B."

• Some have known it for a long time and didn't know how to optimize their progress;

• Some are redefining their Point B completely.

Most discover that they've been missing the fulfillment on the way to Point B, and once they put the tools together they realize the PATH  becomes the POINT.  From there, goals become more easily obtainable and every step a process of joy and fulfillment.
